How to use:
- tear the pouch open by it's long side, carefully pull out the seal containing two masks
- using clean fingers, carefully pull off the long mask form its seal
- by the help of a mirror, gently apply the mask with it's wet side to the front side of your upper teeth row
- adjust the mask by pressing with your fingertips, making use that the mask covers the teeth surface Adjust to straighten out creases
- normally, there should be some remaining part of the mask below the teeth edges. By using your fingers, fold the excess part of the mask to back side of your teeth. To make the mask sit tightly on the back, it may help to use your tongue to put pressure on it. If necessary, adjust until you see that the mask is tightly in place on your teeth.
- to apply the lower mask, the same procedure is used as before but make sure that the longest part of the lower mask is applied to the front lower teeth, and the shortest part is to be folded to the back
- wear both masks for approximately 30 minutes
- when the treatment time is over, pull the masks out and discard them immediately
- rinse or brush thoroughly to remove excess residue from your teeth or gums. Wash your hads.
